I got this statement back from the drug company Ethex. It looks like we can be sure their drugs are GF.

  We do not test for the presence of gluten in our products. However, we do thoroughly review the active and inactive ingredients for the presence of gluten. There are no sources of wheat, rye, barley, or oats in any of our ETHEX products.  Therefore, we do believe these products, including the Hyoscyamine .125 mg sublingual, to be free of gluten.
