OK.. I have gotten a few differing opinions and I was hoping to get a consensus from the list..
here are questions that i have gotten different answers from dieticians:
1. Is Maltodextrin or Dextrin GF? (one dietician told me only if from US and there was no way to know that, another dietician had no idea what I was talking about )
2. Is Partially Hydrogenated oils GF? (one dietician told me no that hydrogenated meant gluten was used, another dietician had no idea what I was talking about)
3. I was told to be careful when the ingredient list said Vinegar. (same as above one dietician agreed the other had no idea)
Can anyone clear these up?
