A nurse expressed a concern that CQ-10 can be dangerous in terms of
hemorrhagic strokes and blood thinning.

I received the advice to supplement stains & chinese red yeast rice
with CQ-10 from a former drug chemist.
I choose to use this instead of taking a daily aspirin (also thins
blood).
I think Nature Made has specific vitamin formulas geared towards
various drugs, as suggested in Dr. Christiane Northrup's
book: The Wisdom of Menopause.

I also take fish oil (2,000mg) and calcium with plant sterols.
My HDL level has increased 75%, which I could not do with diet and
exercise.

Lisa
