The Ventura County Celiacs will hold it's first meeting as a Chapter of the
Celiac Disease Foundation on Saturday, March 7 10am at St John's Pleasant
Valley Hospital in Camarillo. This will be the biggest meeting they have
held since starting in 1996. There will be GF pizza, cookies, Chicken
Risotto and more to sample. A guest dietician from Organic Bistro will speak
about the nutritional needs on a gluten free diet. Free admission to the CDF
conference in May, as well as other prizes, will be raffled. See the website
