We are an active duty military family.  My 3 yr old son has biopsy confirmed celiacs.  We currently live in Jacksonville NC.  Our access to doctors is very limited. We are on a waiting list to see a ped. dietitian (wait time is about 1 year).  The closest Whole Foods and ROCK group is 2 1/2 hrs away.  Our Ped GI Dr is 1 1/2 hrs away.   We need to be stationed on one of the coasts - basically Beaufort SC, Quantico VA, San Diego CA.

In your opinion, what location would give my son access to the best medical care?  I am also looking for support groups in that area and if possible a large Celiac Foundation which will do non-invasive testing to help other Celiac patients or have seminars so I can further my education on Celiacs.

Thank you in advance.  I will summarize.
