Sorry it took me awhile..
I got many responses and most of them said either Tom's of Maine toothpaste or Crest/colgate. 
I did have One person tell me that Orajel training toothpaste was GF, but my email to Orajel has not been returned. (my daughter has been using Orajel and I am trying to rule that out as a cause of her reaction)
