We have guests staying here at Chicken Paradise who are not celiac, but
after reading some information from the bookshelves in the suite, the guest
staying here now asked me more about celiac disease.

She would like to encourage her daughter to be tested. Her daughter lives
in Texarkana, Arkansas, and they would like a referral to a
gastroenterologist there. If you don't know a good doctor in Texarkana, how
about in Little Rock?

Thanks,
