I think the first place to start might be with your ISP.  It sounds like 
that might be where the problem is if it is viewing it as spam and not 
allowing it through.

I just used QRZ yesterday and had no problem.  My only question is that I 
found someone I'd like to contact and thought I would e-mail them, but is 
there anyway we can use the e-mail addresses the way they do them?

Other than that I got the information I needed.
