I did not have a problem signing into the mail and stuff, but I couldn't get into the yahoo chat rooms. I guess that I had forgotten that it had been a couple of years since I had been on there and I have a different computer than I had then. You guys are right that it is frustrating and useless to contact customer service. I emailed them and they were supposed to call me to help me, but they never did. Then I got an email reply saying to call a certain number that helps the visually impaired to get registered. I called that and tried to explain my problem and they said that that number was only for new people registering and they just couldn't understand my situation and didn't really care. That was so, so frustrating. I emailed them again and all the reply I got was to call that number again. Well, I guess since I had bothered them enough and was firm they fixed it on their end somehow. Well, all of a sudden when I went to go into the chat rooms it didn't ask me to go and register and put the characters in the picture in the box. They could have saved me some frustration by just caring enough in the beginning to help. I don't know what the solution is, but something should be done. Now I am done with my ranting also I guess!!
