I've no doubt that paleo will improve nutrition over the traditional 
American diet (so will mediterranean, south beach, vegetarian, etc.), 
anything that moves one to less processed foods and more whole foods.  
Vitamins no doubt increase in quantity on paleo and vitamin A is 
important for vision.
