You come in on the tv? Tell us more.
What kind of antennas do the radio and tv have?
Do you come in on all channels?
Do you come on all bands?
Do you come in on any other tv?
if you disconnect the antenna from the tv, does the interference go away?

If the problem is with the tv, nothing you do with the radio except lower
the output power, or move the antenna is likely to do any good.
