Has anyone had experiences (good or bad) dining gf in the following places? 

Panama City Beach, FL : Firefly, Margaritaville, Saltwater Grill

Orlando, FL : Taste, Chef's Table at Edgewater Grill, Hemingway's, Chatham's 
Place  

I'm open to other places (not chains like OB, PF Changs, etc) that can provide 
intersting gluten free meals - not a bland grilled chicken dinner.  We prefer 
upscale places as long as coat/ties aren't required and are not interested in 
going to any place related to, or at, Disney.
