From the 1977 PDR:
mg levothyroxine      Armour equivalent   Thyrolar T4/T3
0.025                   1/4 gr          0.0125 / 0.0031 mg
0.050                   1/2 gr          0.025 / 0.00625
0.1                     1 gr            0.05 / 0.0125
0.2                     2 gr, etc.      0.1 / 0.025

Synthroid, Levoxyl and others are levothyroxine.  These equivalences don't
translate into equal amounts of hormone absorbed into the body: the
fillers each company uses to bind the hormones into pills are different
and are absorbed differently, and there are great variations among
patients too.
