Hi--
I have two daughters on the Wilson's Syndrome protocol. I'm not sure what
the moderator is talking about re:private e mail. But there is a Wilson's
Syndrome folder on AOL and obviously there is much more discussion there
about WS than here, since that is the entire topic of the folder. There is
a private e mail group of the Lowe protocol of high doses of T3 for
fibromyalgia. I joined that group but it was just started. I found out
about this from the fibromyalgia newsgroup. The person that started the Lowe
group cautions everyone to not ignore the newsgroup. To my knowledge there
is not a private Wilson's Syndrome e mail group.
The Foundation #-- First let me say they are a little less than efficient
there. But they won't steal your Visa # (at least I haven't heard of it).
It took exactly three weeks for me to get the Doctor's Manual. A lot of
people have trouble with the doctor's reference because it is on such a tiny
slip of a postcard. And I have heard of them missing some orders entirely.
See if your Visa # has been charged, and keep leaving messages, I guess. A
better place to order the book is the Cathcart web site telephone # but I'm
not sure if they carry the Doctor's Manual. Also, anyone ordering a Doctor's
reference, be aware that it can be pretty far away from your home in some
instances, and it often gets stuck in advertising flyers. So far all the
hassle has been worth it. My older daughter is doing well on the protocol.
The younger daughter is still at the cycling up and down stage. BL
