No -- this couldn't be pleurisy. It goes away in a matter of minutes
usually and does not return sometimes for months. Usually if I can
make myself take a really deep breath it almost pops and goes away.
I have also had neck cramps before, usually when I have stretched
unusually hard for something withone arm. That goes away too.
