Jessica,
I've been down this road. My podiatrist recommended having orthodics
(sp??) made for my shoes. Now I only have minor discomfort if I spend
too much time barefoot (at home on weekends). I have read that too many
injections are not good, but I don't remember the number. I was
initially placed on an NSAID (ibuprofen type drug) to reduce
inflamation. Have you tried any meds?
Hope you get relief soon, I know how painful they can feel.
