Hi,
I was diagnosed with very high cholesterol +700
around 4 years ago. I have been taking mevacor and
zocor off and on for that past 4 years. Never really
able to reduce the level below 300.
The past 2 years have been riddled with weight
gain, constantly tired, feeling flu like, sweating
and clammy, weird.
Just can't seem to be on top. Anyway.. I was diagnosed
with low thyroid and started searching the net to
find out exactly what low thyroid was. It's
nice to know that I was not going out of my mind...
about not feeling well and there is an explanation for
all of this.
What concerns me is that sweating and feeling clammy
doesn't seem to be mentioned as a symptom of hypothyroidism
is it possible that something else is going on?
