Hi Debbi,

  I also have been looking for info. on the zone diet. I really feel for
you if you are having as hard a time with your hypo. as I am. I've got 3
kids, the youngest 3 1/2 years old. My hypo was finally found in July.
i've been very sick for over a year with some symptons for almost 2.

I wish you luck on the diet if you find anything out please let us know!
