I am interested in trying the Zone diet and it seems to be endorsed by
several here. My problem is all the stuff I read on it sounds SO
complicated. I was going to buy the book yesterday but as I browsed it at
the bookstore I couldn't make heads or tails in it... so I decided to save
the $20 (Cdn.) I am hypo with a toddler and a baby and just don't have
time for a lot of complicated formulas etc... but want to shed some
post-baby/hypo fat and get more energy. HELP!! Does anyone have a simple
version/explanation of the Zone for me???? Any help would be appreciated.
