Hi ... I think you may be jumping the gun a bit. Your "six week"
estimate may have been about the initial healing period -- some
take less time, some more. Complete healing takes time ... as much
six months ... and the scar will probably be fairly visible for at
least a year. My scar went that way, but eventually it faded and
before too long it became barely visible. You may end up with a
larger, more visible scar than some, but I doubt more surgery would
be a viable cosmetic fix. Good luck though!
