Good point on the vitamins. I had read similar warnings about
multivitamins when I first started reading this group. After alot of
label reading, I discovered that Theragran multivitamins (NOT Theragran
M) do not list iodine, however they do contain lactose, and some of the
group are lactose intolerant.
