Don't forget that multivitamin/mineral supplements have iodine in them
also--usually the RDA of 150 mcg.  This amount, coupled with iodized salt,
seafood (sushi?) and other sources where it occurs naturally can add up to
too much.  I have quit taking multivitamins.
