Please, if you have an autoimmune disorder (ie Hashimotos) don't take kelp -
it will send you into a spiralling decline.  Read the book "Thyroid - a Home
REference", it will tell you why you shouldn't touch kelp.  It has been
posted on this list previously as well.  Also, stay off of Soy and Lethicin.
