I too, am like you and thankful for finding the thyroid support -if-you-will
 group.  I have only know about having hypothyroid since may 8th , but knew
that something was really wrong with my body since gaining 50 lbs over a 7
year period and 20 of them just since April.  Do you experience tremendous
weight gains, and what have you (or anyone else ) found to help??   Even
though I hear of a lot of other symptoms this one is quiet enough for me and
it has ruined my life.  No self esteem, embarrassed to go see people I
haven't seen for a while, slows me down, don't look nice in my clothes, etc.
