Laura, these are helpful tips!  (I snipped them for brevity)

I'd be interested in zone-buddy e-mailing.  I've been on The Zone since March.
 Besides having Hashimoto's, I'm perimenopausal (yippee :-|), and I have FMS.
I have gotten quite a bit of relief from the FMS pain with the Zone.  It's
hard to tell sometimes about the thyroid issues, but over-all I feel better
enough on this "diet" to continue it.  And the Zone list is full of a lot of
useful information, as well as those websites you mentioned.
