I have had a problem with extreme sun sensitivity since becoming
hypothyroid. I routinely use a sunscreen with an SPF of 50, but mostly I
just try to cover everything with clothing. I have also had a problem
with round patches of dry skin similar-looking to ringworm (but isn't),
mostly on my chest and upper arms.
You're NOT crazy!!!

Well, I'm off to the beauty of the Highland sea
where the oceans whisper endlessly,
and the waves upon the shore roll up the sands so gracefully.
I've travelled this country for the longest time
in search of myself I did find --
my heart will always be in Nova Scotia's hands!
