The basic concept is that every time you eat, it must be in the correct
ratio of Protein to Carbohydrate to Fats. That ratio is simply:

gram ratio of Carbohydrates to Protein to Fat are 9:7:3. Therefore, the

For simplicity sake, they refer to this quantity as a BLOCK OF FOOD.
Based on your body weight, you have a certain number of blocks of food
to eat each day, which are distributed as evenly as possible among 3
meals and two snacks.
