Just saw in my Whole Foods a new (to me) cookie brand called Lucy's.
These cookies are delicious! They're crispy and don't have any sort of
weird taste or texture. It's almost like a "real" cookie. The label
says they're made without wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts or tree
nuts. I tried the Oatmeal Cookie variety (made with GF oats). It's
the first time I've tried any sort of GF oat product. There were other
varieties -- chocolate chip, for example -- for those who don't eat
oats, GF or otherwise. They're expensive, but then again so are most
GF baked goods. I have no financial interest in this company, I'm just
happy to have found them.
