Just a heads up for anyone who buys this: Osem Consumme instant soup &amp;  seasoning mix, which was also soy free (a requirement for me) and
simple = and  delicious, used to say "gluten free" and now it says "may
contain traces = of  gluten and soy" in very small letters  on the back.
Oh well, back to Her= b-Ox.   I do also , when I order from the Allergy
Grocer, buy Celifibr Chicken Bo= uillon.   I find it especially good for
flavoring white rice.  Mary b
