I just had a gluten reaction and I'm pretty sure it was from eating a roasted
chicken from our local Top Foods supermarket (we're in the Pacific NW). I've
eaten these types of roasted chickens from other markets with no problems,
and am not sure where the gluten came from. I think it was from
the "solution" mentioned on the ingredients list. Does anyone have any
ideas? I will avoid these in the future, but am curious about it because there
was nothing else in the ingredients list that worried me. Thanks in advance.

Lisa
