So the majority of people said to cut back the water by 1/4 cup. I did this today and the bread is beautiful.

I should also mention that GF Pantry has specifications for this machine - 
10 min preheat
18 min knead
Skip rise 1 & 2
55 min rise 3
55 min bake
No warm
