Subject:	is there any way of saving a pdf form with all the information in the form while preserving the format?

Hi everyone, I am getting ready to fill out a form 306 and I9 for a
federal job application with Social Security Administration, and I can
access all the various fields on the form, but cannot save my answers.
The only way I know how to do it is in a .txt format, but would the .txt
work with just printing out the form?  I want to save with the original
form though if  I can.
