Thanks for the great reply.     As far as chocolate, I think its the brain buzz 
that keeps people coming back for more.  Isn't chocolate a  neuro - stimulant 
even somewhat toxic,  albeit a delicous one?

For me, crsipy  duck fat has the same euphoric effect...!!
