sprinkler system and build retaining walls is what I am up against.   I
need to stay in Phase One until I have completed the heavy lifting?

I've found that there is a period of adaptation required when entering the
low carb phase.  For me it's a week to partially adapt and regain energy
and two more weeks to be at (or above) 100%.  That first week I don't feel
like doing much -- and, yes, that would include digging trenchs and
building walls, lol.
