Hi Ken,
Thanks for the kind comment and for pointing out that I forgot to write 
"20% protein"

Most of my papers aren't really relevant to this group.... they are 
about teaching high school. I have briefly listed some that might be 
considered relevant, any of which I'd be happy to share with anyone who 
might be interested, except "The Iron Edge" which can be purchased
