as part of my kidney problems was caused by the years
of anti inflamitories given me by doctors, i have been
told to take no more. with all my tendon and ligament
damage of on the job injuries and the arthritis i have
in other places, no anti inflamatories means i have
lots of pain with not much to do to help me with it,
unless i want the doctors to give me narcotics. i do
not want those. so is there any foods that just
naturally have anti inflamatory properties with out
side effects?
