How does one get the thin layer of ground beast off the plastic ?

It's only recently that I'm having trouble with it sticking, lift very
carefully and encourage separation with a plastic knife.

  I understand that yeast is not species appropriate for man or his
wolfen. Please explain the 'yeast infection' you speak of.



Candida albicans, and many have it and don't know it. Only symptom I
remember is if it is obvious there can be a white coating on tongue.
