Hi all,
Has anyone ever tried using apple cider vinegar before
meals to see how they affect glucose levels? There
are several studies which show that by taking a few
tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before a
carbohydrate containing meal one can lower glucose
levels and insulin response.
I believe that some studies have found weight loss to
be a side effect of apple cider vinegar
supplementation as well.
