Some do, but some apparently don't, based on this thread. The question we're
trying to answer is, why do some people on low-carb, high-fat diets continue
to exhibit high fasting blood glucose?
Youl'll never get a definite answer but some possible reasons: different
metabolic types; too many calories for that particular person; genetic/autoimmune
factors; age; obesity and general state of health upon first embarking on
paleo regime; job/life stress; climate -- sunshine and warm weather reduces stress
etc etc etc.
