It did for me, at least for the cedar pollen I am allergic to. The main
thing for me was strict low carb-high fat during that season. Running every
day helped a lot too. You would think that running would expose you to a lot
of pollen, but it really did help.


   1.  My doctor did talk about cross-reactives

to airborne allergens. Speaking of those, I thought eliminating grains,
> dairy, legumes, and sugar should prevent one from reacting to airborne
