I have the Rosedale book, and yes, I am controling my
protein intake. My diet is very high in fat, moderate
protein, and very low carb. My stress is low, so I
don't think that's it. I read Lights out last summer,
but don't remember the ketosis, insulin, cortisol
connection. I haven't tested with keto strips for
quite a while, but I'm sure I spend part of every day
in ketosis. Any info following that line of thinking
would be appreciated.
Kristina, yes, I would recommend Bernsteins book. I
don't have it here, but I think the title is Dr.
Bernsteins Diabetes Revolution...
Thanks
Mark
