Sharon,
It was largely due to the part of Qwest that used hotmail as a web based
email server instead of a pop3 server account. I was unable to maintain
control over the listservers associated with a couple of mailing lists I
have. So I figured I better change because I got tons of bounced back email
that was rejected. Sandy's account, on the other hand, seems to work fine
but mine was getting really bad.
