Dear List Mates,

Here is a nice moist cake that keeps well at room temperature for a couple

and click through. If you make the mini sponge cakes, then you can fill the
indentation with fruit. Whipped cream is optional. But the cakes are really
nice with coffee or tea.

The recipe is simple and goes together very fast (especially since it is my
Everloving that made this batch).
