I have a meeting with Nadeem Siddiqui, the Director of Dining Services 
at Texas A&M University, on Feb 22nd. I want to go to this meeting 
with examples of GLUTEN FREE MENUS from other colleges and 
universities. I was able to download and print one GF menu from 
Columbia University. Please respond if your college dining hall 
provides GF entrees (so I can add it to my list) or if you know of any 
colleges that publish a GF menu. Attach the menu or link to it if 
possible.

FYI: A&M has been providing GF food at Sbisa Dining Hall since Fall 
2007.
