In case it's any use:  I was on .125 Synthroid and was switched to 1 grain
Armour.  Great for a few days, then crash.  Blood work showed huge rise in
TSH and big drop in T4.  So: Up to 1.5 grains Armour - couple of good days
then a big crash.  Endo abelieved me and changed dose.  Am now at 2 grains
Armour, had a good 4 days, am now mellowing out and expect to crash
mildly and have to level out at 2.5/  We'll see.
