Just saw my new endo and got some info I was not aware of.  Calcium inhibits
the absorption of thyroid hormone so don't take  synthetic hormone and
calcium together.  Space them at least 4 hours apart.

Also, did you know that the starting point for finding a good dose of
thyroid medicine is the formula : 1.6mg per kilogram of body weight?  No one
had ever figured my dose by my weight but it makes sense.    Sandy from Florida
