That is a good question.  I found that I was overwhelmed with anxiety which did
not seem appropriate, like out of nowhere I was feeling shaky, trembling, hot,
and very irritable.  I never knew what it was, I found out through blood tests
done during pregnancy.  Actually, for two days now I have forgetten to take my
medication and I feel overtired, when I know I had sufficient sleep and a
little shaky (mostly my hands).
 
When I look at what I read these problems seem that they could be many
different problems, but through my Doctor I know it is my Hypo thyroid problem.
