This is such a familiar situation.
It is your body and you know how you feel. No piece of paper with
numbers on can do this. So your numbers are considered a bit high but at
the end of the day the measure is what is floating in the blood at the
time of the sample taken and not what is actually getting to the cell
receptors and being used.
I have also be told that the time left in the lab before the actual test
can effect the result too. So much for the ultra sensitive test that we
are constantly reminded that it is.
Another thought, what if the ramdom sample of people that blood ranges
are based on have undiagnosed hypo ?
