Actually untill you establish a normal TSH level every 4 week is optimum.
According to the PDR it takes 3 weeks to establish a level.

I must disagree with you. While Iron does interfer with the absorbion of
the Synthroid the idea is to establish a normal pattern. If you take a
multivitamin in the Am then continue to do so. You will wind up with a
higher dosage than if you didn't but it will level out.

Perhaps but if your doctor can not adequately answer your questions
knowledgeably, it is time for a new doctor.
