Hello,
I am sorry that you haven't got the Patients Charter It only really works
in Britain if people know about it. I hope that it can be used to thyroid
patients advantage, all patients come to that. Its intention is to give
the patient a voice in their treatment. There are steps beyond that
even if it fails. I am sure that you must have a complaints system in
your country which works, it's just a matter of finding it. Does anyone
in the group who comes from Canada know about any such procedure?
